Overview
At Tlozarincriz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your holiday decor and furniture rental experience. This policy outlines our guidelines for rental returns, cancellations, and related matters.
Rental Period
Our standard rental periods are:
- Weekend Rental: Friday delivery with Monday pickup
- Weekly Rental: 7 consecutive days
- Extended Rental: Custom periods available upon request
All rental items must be available for pickup at the scheduled time. Late returns may incur additional daily rental charges.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 14+ days before event: Full refund of deposit
- 7-13 days before event: 50% refund of deposit
- Less than 7 days before event: Deposit is non-refundable
- Day of event: Full rental amount is due
To cancel a reservation, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.
Item Condition
All rental items are delivered in excellent condition and should be returned in the same state, allowing for normal use. Please note:
- Normal wear during your event is expected and acceptable
- Items should not be modified, painted, or altered in any way
- Rental items should be protected from extreme weather conditions
- Please report any concerns about item condition upon delivery
Damage and Loss
In the event of damage or loss:
- Minor damage (normal wear): No additional charge
- Moderate damage (repairable): Repair costs will be assessed
- Severe damage or loss: Replacement cost of the item
We offer optional damage protection plans that can limit your liability. Ask about our protection options when booking.
Early Return
If you need to return rental items before your scheduled pickup date:
- Contact us at least 24 hours in advance
- We will arrange an early pickup if our schedule permits
- No refunds are given for unused rental days
Rental Extensions
Need to keep items longer? Contact us as soon as possible to request an extension. Extensions are subject to availability and will incur additional rental charges. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Weather-Related Issues
For outdoor events affected by severe weather:
- Contact us immediately if your event is impacted
- We may offer rescheduling options when possible
- Weather-related cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis
